Your access starts as soon as your payment goes through and lasts as long as we run the site. Updates are included at no extra cost.

The access is for you. Please don't share your login or copy the content to other sites.

14-day refund

Changed your mind? Email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and you get every cent back. No form, no reason needed.

This refund is on top of your legal rights. Because the product is digital content you can use straight away, the statutory right of withdrawal ends when your access starts, which you agree to at checkout. Our 14-day refund still applies.

Fares and savings

Fares, award prices and program rules change often. Every price on the site is an example we saw at the date shown, not a quote. What you pay depends on your route, dates, availability and the method you use.

We are not a travel agent and are not linked to any airline or loyalty program. You book directly with the airline or program, and their terms apply to your ticket.

Liability

We check our facts and date them, but we can't promise a particular fare or seat will be there when you search. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow a limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Law

The law of the country where we are registered applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
